CP-48 Notice will be mailed in late summer of 2020 to households that filed a tax return for Tax Years 2017, 2018, or 2019 containing an ITIN with middle digits 88, 90, 91, 92, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98 or 99, letting them know an ITIN in their household will expire at the end of the year.
